The San Antonio Express-News named Comal ISD's very own, Cindy Marroquin, R.N., as one of the top 10 best nurses in the city. Marroquin, a school nurse at Johnson Ranch Elementary, was featured in the newspaper's Salute to Nurses special publication.

This year's Blended Learning Showcases offered art, music, science, technology and more.

The first of three Blended Learning Showcases kicks off Wednesday, April 24, at Smithson Valley High School. This marks the 10th year for the event which showcases innovative student projects.
